Mark Melhorn, BEng (Hons), MSc, is the Chief Operating Officer of Overwatch Group, a British defence company delivering autonomous precision strike systems. He is a former Lieutenant Colonel who served for over two decades in the Infantry (Rifles) including 9 operational tours. When not with soldiers, he specialised in Defence Capability including appointments planning and delivering capability within Special Projects, Fin Mil Cap and DE&S, before concluding his career as the MA to the Minister for Defence Procurement.
