He is also the Founding President and Chairman of the Board at the Centre for Youth and International Studies (CYIS) which as a think-tank provides R&D on current and emerging threats. With a background as a Security and Defense Attaché at international organizations such as NATO and the EU, Andrei applies his extensive experience to enhance AI technologies that anticipate and mitigate strategic shocks to critical cross-sectoral & domain infrastructure.
