Due to sustained growth over the past 12 months, we are now on the look-out for a dynamic Strategic Growth Manager with experience in National Security who thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of a number of strategic growth initiatives for ground breaking technologies looking to disrupt the public sector market space.

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our company and the innovators we champion. Your expertise will bridge the gap between advanced technological development and strategic market entry and growth, ensuring that pioneering ideas find their place on the global stage.
ROLE RESPONSBILITIES
- Develop and execute growth strategies to introduce advanced National Security technologies to multinational organisations and domestic government bodies.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders in the National Security industry, including innovators, manufacturers, policy makers, and end users.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and other industry gatherings to promote our initiatives and build valuable connections.
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to understand their products deeply and devise effective market entry and growth strategies.
- Facilitate the navigation of complex regulatory and compliance environments to ensure a smooth transition from product development to market launch.
- Maintain a keen understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics within the National Security sector.
- Collaborate closely with industry leading think tanks, universities and research institutes to support further development of innovative National Security products, ensuring that our clients not only meet market needs but also feed into setting new industry standards.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in strategic roles, preferably within the National Security sector.
- Existing or prior security clearance at SC or DV level, as mandated by UK government regulations, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a track record of building relationships across both public and private sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical details into strategic business opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an adeptness at prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet strategic goals.
- Experience within the National Security and/or Intelligence industry advantageous, but not essential.
- IT capabilities to further support the development of in house reporting also advantageous, but not essential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with multinational organisations like NATO and domestic bodies such as the UK MOD.
- Demonstrated capability in navigating the National Security industry’s regulatory landscape.
