Part of what makes our growth strategies so successful for our clients is what we call 'The Ops Network'. It's essentially a living and breathing dataset that maps Government organisations, departments and associated people with their related links. This is used by our Strategic Growth Managers to understand where commercial pathways are, who they're connected to, and how we can integrate into client strategies effectively.
We're at a stage now where we need someone with Research, Data & Analysis type skills to manage The Ops Network and ensure it's integrity with open-source intelligence gathering online. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or mid-level researcher who has strong operations management skills.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching and analysing Government programs online in National Security technology.
- Updating and the network dataset ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage our 'Operations Network', an intuitive digital database powered by Airtable.
- Provide project management support for client projects and associated tasks.
- Diagram mapping Government departments and researching associated personnel.
- Partnering with team members to streamline data input processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across data platforms.
- Contribute to data audits across platforms, reviewing for inconsistencies or outdated information, implementing solutions to ensure accuracy.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the National Security sector is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficient in the use of digital tools like Airtable / Figma / Figma.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Strategic Growth Team and other departments.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
