THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Dorset or London (Hybrid Remote)

We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager to lead the management and growth of Karve's brand online. We have an established and well-performing marketing strategy led by our CDO that includes content marketing via organic search and social media, plus a recently established private community platform that's central to our growth ambitions. Whilst most of our internal branding assets are templated and self-managed by the wider team, you'll also be the central brand custodian internally.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the growth of Karve's online presence via search and social media.
- Working closely with our Business Development team to identify MQLs.
- Managing Karve's community platform online and driving engagement goals.
- Managing the Karve brand alongside our Design & Development partners.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A creative eye for detail when it comes to branding design.
- A talent for crafting impactful written communications.
- Strong research, analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in the use of digital tools including (but not limited to):
- Figma for managing design assets
- WebFlow CRM for managing the website
- VEED (or similar) for managing social video editing.
- Airtable for managing briefs, tasks and projects.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Experience in the National Security sector is advantageous.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (D.O.E)
