The Head of Networks is a pivotal role within Karve International Ltd and will be required to oversee, manage, and develop our expansive NatSec Operations Network used internally by our Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs). The incumbent will be instrumental in supporting growth initiatives, expanding our market reach, and developing internal intelligence about the industry we work within.
ROLE RESPONSBILITIES
- Network Development & Management
Oversee the strategic development of the Karve Operations Network, ensuring a robust engagement with key stakeholders and partners. Spearhead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and reach of the network. - Strategic Leadership
Provide leadership in the planning and execution of network strategies. Drive the creation and refinement of the Network reports/output in alignment with the operational strategic objectives. - Content Development
Develop insightful and impactful network content that aligns with the strategic interests of Karve's clients and partnering organisations across Government, Finance & Academia. - Process Optimisation
Design and implement best practices and processes for the adoption of the Operations Network, ensuring these processes are scalable and adaptable to accommodate growth and changing market dynamics and priorities. - Market Research
Conduct focused market research both domestically and internationally to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Use insights to inform and update the Operations Network whilst fostering a culture of adoption across the Strategic Growth Managers’ strategies. - Stakeholder Engagement
Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with network members and potential partners, acting as the primary liaison between the organisation and network stakeholders. - Market Intelligence
Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in domestic/National Security and Global Defence strategies, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust the way in which the Ops Network is used and adopted internally, ensuring competitive advantage.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a senior Network Management Role, ideally within the National Security industry.
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution within complex and dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of market dynamics and strategic business planning.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with executives, clients, and stakeholders across various levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with multinational organisations like NATO and domestic bodies such as the UK MOD.
