THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Head of National Security Services, you will hold a critical leadership role overseeing the Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) and ensuring that all client operational activities align with our strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in steering our company’s growth initiatives, expanding our market footprint, and enhancing client and customer satisfaction on a global scale.
ROLE RESPONSBILITIES
- Leadership & Oversight
Direct and oversee the activities of Strategic Growth Managers to ensure effective execution of growth strategies and client operations across the board. - Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive strategies for entering new markets and expanding our presence in existing ones; ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Partnership Development
Enhance and expand partnerships with think tanks, academic institutions, and other relevant organisations to support product and development and market readiness. - Client Relationship Management
Maintain high-level relationships with key clients, including multinational organisations and government bodies, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Performance Metrics
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the Strategic Growth team, ensuring targets are met and operational efficiencies are optimised. - Team Development
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving. - Market Intelligence
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies proactively and maintain competitive advantage.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- Existing or recent High-Level Security Clearance, such as SC and DV.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire and lead a team of strategic professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of market dynamics and strategic business planning.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with executives, clients, and stakeholders across various levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in strategic and operational roles within the National Security industry, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and market expansion.
- Prior experience working with multinational organisations like NATO and domestic bodies such as the UK MOD.
- Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams in a high-stake environment.
